This report examines the role of perpetrator intervention systems in improving accountability for individuals who use domestic and family violence (DFV). The research explores how various intervention pathways function across Australia, mapping their intersections with justice, health, and social service systems. Through case studies and policy analysis, the report identifies challenges in achieving consistent perpetrator accountability and highlights best practices for integrating legal and support services. Findings emphasize the importance of multi-agency collaboration, tailored intervention strategies, and improved data collection mechanisms to enhance the effectiveness of perpetrator programs. The report also provides recommendations for strengthening policy frameworks and program implementation to increase victim-survivor safety and prevent recidivism.en_US
