In particular, it reports the Substance Abuse Treatment Unit’s Substance Abuse-Domestic Violence Program (SATU-SADV Model), which targets and treats both behaviours in an integrated way. Definition differences of domestic violence between the mental health and legal professions, and the legal framework to deal with domestic violence are discussed.
