Suggesting it is a contradiction to advocate for justice in an unequal society, the author identifies three steps forward to resolving this dilemma, and utilises 18 juvenile sexual assault case studies from South Australia to illustrate both the potential consequences and benefits of applying restorative justice models to sexual assault situations.
