Notes:  Provides an overview of the Columbus Pilot Project, a programme aimed at developing an interdisciplinary and individual case management model of service delivery for family violence victims in the Family Court of Western Australia, before presenting the methodology, rational and findings of the project evaluation. The evaluation is to occur in four phases from January 2002 to late 2004 so the purpose of the article is essentially to provide an update on the progress and results of the evaluation thus far. A costing framework for the project is also developed and unresolved issues associated with the project’s implementation are identified.
