Notes:	Questions why Victoria has not yet considered piloting an integrated response model with domestic violence, incorporating women’s domestic violence services and the criminal justice system, similar to that developed in Queensland. Outlines current government domestic violence initiatives such as the Women’s Safety Strategy, Crisis Protection Framework, Indigenous Family Violence Strategy, Family Violence/Child Protection Protocols Project and the Women’s Housing Strategy, but notes that within these initiatives, no consideration has been given to developing an integrated response model. Notes that despite the effectiveness of strong local area domestic violence networks, there has not been a push for piloting an integrated response model from this source, perhaps because of limited police and court involvement in these networks.
