Examines stalking trends in Victoria, South Australia and Queensland as indicated by police and court data and reviews the current definitions, categorisations, literature and legislation in the area. Includes tables of up-to-date statistics and typologies. Concludes by arguing that while there are no definitive conclusions to be drawn from the available data, certain issues are in need of immediate attention. Reforms to legislation, improving community education and training and ensuring implementation of follow up procedures are prioritised as ways of addressing the potentially dangerous nature of stalkingen
