Notes:	Review of Children’s Perspectives On Domestic Violence:by Mullender et al which is based on the findings of an extensive UK study which explores children’s experiences of domestic violence and their thoughts on how we might best respond to their needs. Book argues for an approach to research with children that moves beyond viewing children as merely passive victims and outlines a methodology that simultaneously addresses the ethical issues which direct research with children raises, and the need for children to be involved in the development of strategies for dealing with domestic violence. The study uses both quantitative and qualitative research techniques and presents a series of recommendations based on its findings.
