dc.description.notesReport on data collected by the Queensland Centre for Domestic and Family Violence Research from 1 October 2003 to 31 May 2004 from domestic and family violence prevention services across Queensland involving new client matters. Data gathered from a total of 12,089 new client matters were analysed in respect to type of relationship in which the violence took place and client gender. Other matters itemised include primary reason for contact, primary service provided and reporting to police, each of which was also categorised by gender.en
