Notes:  This research paper looks at an under-investigated subgroup of sexual assault perpetrators: the parental child sexual offender. Currently, there isn’t a comprehensive profile of these individuals, but Goodman-Delahunty reports here on a survey of 213 male offenders being treated within the New South Wales Pre-Trial Diversion of Offenders Program (Australia) and presents ten key descriptive characteristics of the parental offender:
