Review of report which summarises results of research undertaken for Partnerships Against Domestic Violence in which 19 projects from all Australian States and Territories were analysed as examples of innovative good practice models to improve access to the justice system by people experiencing domestic and family violence. Nine of the projects specifically addressed rural/remote communities, five were focused primarily on women and one on NESB women. Report details actions which proved effective in helping those in rural and remote areas overcome barriers to accessing the justice system. It also lists good practice principles which featured in all the projects and discusses those operational features of the models which define them as good practice.en
