The current phase of the project investigates the way Indigenous women and children experience court through analysing court decisions.<br/ ><br/ >In order to address these findings the report suggests that: specially tailored support be given to Indigenous victims aged between 11-15; measures be taken to ensure that families know how to identify behaviours associated with childhood sexual assault; victim support be targeted, culturally appropriate and ensure the victims’ safety. | en |
