This article presents the findings from a study that interviewed 1079 US women about their experiences with violence and impacts on their employment satisfaction and productivity. Participants were asked about their experiences of sexual assault, intimate partner physical violence, intimate partner emotional abuse and stalking. The findings showed negative impacts on women’s work and mental and physical health, which were compounded by exposure to multiple types of victimisation.en
