Notes:	Describes the implementation, in South Australia, of the “Zero Tolerance” community education campaign, originally developed in Edinburgh, Scotland. The Scottish campaign was designed to be controversial. It was a high profile campaign addressing violence against women by drawing links between domestic violence, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual assault. Describes the ways in which the South Australian campaign differed from the original campaign, for example, in the incorporation of multicultural, outdoor images, the development of partnerships with community groups and agencies and the move from a high-cost, government-driven campaign to a community-based initiative.
