This document reports on the evaluation process for the 2001-2003 mass media community education campaign for the Northern Territory, ‘Let’s stop it…. now’. The objectives of the campaign are not only to increase community awareness, but also to promote active participation when domestic or family violence is witnessed, experienced or heard. The methodology for the assessment draws on evaluations of previous campaigns implemented in the Northern Territory. The assessment for this campaign will include three telephone surveys of the general population; statistical analyses of domestic violence and sexual assault incident reporting; and analysis of recidivism rates.en
