The report aims to expand upon the limited knowledge about how these partnerships coordinate their activities and to inform policy makers.<br/ ><br/ >Methods: PERF used a broad sample of local agencies across the United States involved in such partnerships and gathered data in two phases. A literature review was carried out and experts interviewed.
