| dc.description.notes | This user manual from NSW Legal Aid instructs Women’s Domestic violence Court Assistance Schemes (WDVCASs) on how to use the database of the Women’s Domestic Violence Court Assistance Program (WDVCAP). The WDVCAP database enables WDVCASs to assist clients by reporting services delivered to women experiencing domestic violence. The database is accessed via the Internet, with the maintenance of the database including backup of data conducted by the Legal Aid Commission. Security has been implemented so that only authorised persons can access the database. A range of reports can be generated by each WDVCAS, a report on each ADVO (Apprehended Domestic Violence Order) matter and client can be produced, as well as summary reports for any date range. Centralisation of the data provides the summary information on the whole programme without requiring extra work from WDVCASs. Concepts used in the database are also explained. | en |
