| Abstract: | This project aims to improve understanding of how remote technologies can be used to enhance access to justice for victim-survivors of family violence who are navigating the justice process. Research findings will inform the development of a collaborative and technologically enabled network of facilities focused on innovation in access to justice initiatives, with a view to improving legal practice throughout Victoria, including for rural, regional, and remote communities. This project is funded by a 2021 grant from the Victorian Government Victorian Higher Education State Investment Fund (VHESIF), and will run until 2025. The same grant is funding the Safe and Equal @ Work program, research led by the Monash Gender and Family Violence Prevention Centre (Monash Arts) into workforce pathways for victim-survivors of family violence. |
