Breaking point, breaking through:is divided into four sections.

Section C:provides the detailed outline of the RAGE program for those who wish to run a group for six two hour group sessions. It draws on anger management theory, solution focused group work, early intervention, and looks to address gender and power issues.

Section D: of the resource attempts to provide useful information to service providers on the issue of adolescent violence towards parents, as well as practical suggestions for dealing with this issue. There are two main parts to Section D, the first is information for workers working with parents/carers of adolescents who are behaving violently, and the second is information workers can provide to these parents/carers.
