Some of the issues addressed are: privacy, who is entitled to counselling and compensation, what claims are covered and how claims are handled. It specifies that, if an award of victims’ compensation is granted, the Victims Compensation Tribunal may recover the money from the offender. The amount of compensation payable is listed in the Schedule of Injuries.
