This website describes the work of the Central Violence Intervention Program (CVIP) as a part of the Crime Prevention Committee of Norwood, Payneham and St. Peter’s, and Campbelltown Councils in South Australia. In 2001 its participation in an awareness-raising campaign in these regions led to the creation of 4 posters, 2 of which are illustrated on the website. In 2002 their work centred on documenting individual experiences of domestic violence and contact with support services and the stories of two of their clients are reproduced here. Four other posters are also depicted which target people experiencing domestic and family violence.
