Chapters 4, 5, 6 and 7 discuss the Victorian Intervention Order system in detail, examining how it is used, who can make an application and major barriers to accessing it. Chapters 8 and 9 consider the conditions that might be included in an intervention order and what happens when an order is breached, while Chapters 10 and 11 canvass some of the ways in which the intervention order system might be improved.
