Notes:	General Overview:This paper provides an overview of the work that the Australian Top End Women’s Legal Service (TEWLS) undertakes. The service aims to provide women in the Northern Territory with legal advice and advocacy. Specifically, this paper details the work the Top End Women’s Legal Service does in a number of remote Indigenous communities in the area of family violence. It describes the issues facing Indigenous women in remote communities and gives case examples.
