Outlines the ways in which the YWACSS has attempted to do this through developing a holistic service response. The programme incorporates group counselling and intervention, support, information and referral services and a comprehensive outreach programme. Recognises clients will often resume contact with the agency and emphasises the importance of maintaining a flexible approach to service delivery
