Argues there is a need for services to acknowledge and address the cyclical nature of domestic violence, child abuse and homelessness when working with young women. Outlines the ways in which the YWACSS has attempted to do this through developing a holistic service response. The programme incorporates group counselling and intervention, support, information and referral services and a comprehensive outreach programme. Recognises clients will often resume contact with the agency and emphasises the importance of maintaining a flexible approach to service delivery
