Notes: | This journal article discusses the results of a study conducted in Valencia, Spain into the attitudes of police officers towards violence against women, and the implications of these attitudes to law enforcement. The results showed that police officers scoring high in empathy and low in sexism were those who expressed a preference for unconditional law enforcement relating to violence against women. |
