Notes:	The author is a social worker and a support/resource worker at the North Queensland Domestic Violence Rsource Service in Townsville (NQDVRS). NQDVRS coordinates regional domestic violence responses and provides direct service to people affected by domestic violence. A major part of her work is violence prevention, with a special emphasis on conducting education sessions and campaigns with young people. Here she writes a personal practical account of the way her service has been working with young people.
