Notes:	Outlines the methodology and findings of a study aimed at examining the background, structure, goals, protocols, principles and achievements of Child Fatality Review Teams in the US, Canada and Australia. Key challenges and directions for future development were also explored. Highlights some of the factors which have contributed to the spread of multi-agency Child Fatality Review teams globally and some of the common themes and issues that emerge from their experiences. The appendix contains an abbreviated list of accomplishments of all the participating teams.
