Notes:	Presents the background, methodology and findings of a research project undertaken to examine the various resources and avenues of assistance available to young people facing issues of domestic violence, child abuse and/or neglect in the community of Greater Shepparton, Victoria. The two stages of the research project are described in detail and key findings summarised. Concludes the findings demonstrate a need for appointing qualified counsellors in all schools and developing policies and programmes targeted specifically at youth in the 12-16 years age group.
