Notes:	Journal of the DVRC Inc. Discusses the role of domestic violence support services in ensuring clients have access to appropriate tenancy information. Briefly reviews tenancy legislation in Queensland, and the options it provides to domestic violence victims. This includes applications for terminating tenancy, interim orders about damage and injury, urgent applications and Small Claims Tribunal matters. Outlines some of the support services which can assist in tenancy matters such as the Tenant’s Union. Amendments to the legislation are also briefly noted.
