Notes:  Reports on the evaluation of the Indigenous family violence forum held at Central Queensland University in Mackay on 4 May 2004. Presents participants’ comments on the four objectives of the forum: to highlight the work being done by Indigenous organisations in the area of family violence; to identify policy, research and/or practice areas needing further work and support; to bring Indigenous people together from around the state to share ideas and information; and to provide the opportunity for Indigenous people to contribute advice on areas of need. Also discusses participants’ views on the relevance of the forum content, on overall structure followed by the forum and makes suggestions for future forums.
