Notes:	This article describes a project that aims to develop effective responses to domestic violence in the workplace. The programme is being implemented by researchers from Edith Cowan University, the Domestic Violence Prevention Unit of the Western Australian Government and the Centre for Research for Women. Forty-four surveys revealed the level of concern that organisations in Western Australia have towards domestic violence; the organisations’ responses considering the impact of domestic violence on the workplace; and the needs that organisations have in responding effectively to domestic violence issues. The second phase is currently in progress, two self-nominated workplaces are participating to identify methods and create resources to tackle the impact of domestic violence in the workplace.
