Notes:	Describes the problem of domestic violence by illustrating how police officers deal with it, provides an in depth explanation and analysis of therapeutic jurisprudence, and discusses the effectiveness of mandatory arrest in the US. Provides five arguments supporting mandatory arrest, then explores their weaknesses.
