The Northern Territory Domestic/Family Violence Hospital Screening Implementation Taskforce which was established in July 2003 developed and implemented a ‘Train the Trainer’ workshop to educate hospital staff and community agencies in the use of the screening tool before its introduction and also produced a training video, Hidden Wounds:, as well as a Resource Kit Booklet for Health Professionals and a Domestic Violence Orders Pamphlet for use in all NT hospitals. Details are given of the scheduling of the ‘Train the Trainer’ workshops and of key contacts for the Implementation Taskforce at each hospital location.
