Article reports on the launch of 'Measuring the Tides of Violence', produced by Women's Health West and the Western Region Network Against Family Violence in Victoria, to address the lack of data on family violence in the area. Report uses both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to present its data and includes the personal story of Judith Arnott, showing the larger picture of not just her experience, but also her family violence counselling and an analysis from family violence researchers within the context of current statistics.
