Notes:  Article explores issues relating to violence against women, culture and diversity, and challenges notions of cultural relativism with regards violence. The authors argue that violence does not hold its identity in culture, but that culture might be incorporated or employed in justifying, understanding and responding to violence. The article provides information about the Immigrant Women’s Support Service (QLD) and concludes by challenging workers to engage with diversity in meaningful ways.
