The project began at the request of adult victims and perpetrators of family violence interested in restoring the relationships with their children. Accordingly, PARKAS focuses on generating or rebuilding a healthy emotional development of children who experienced family violence. Two group-work intervention models, which include a children’s and mothers’/carers’ group and a children’s and fathers’ group, are described. The training packages and interagency coordination derived from the project are also discussed. | en |
