Notes: | The Darebin Family Violence Working Group held a forum for practitioners who work in the domestic violence field in Darebin on November 2002. Four speakers imparted their presentations on the Victoria Police Strategy, the Magistrate’s Court, local partnerships and personal experiences of domestic and family violence. Discussion groups concentrated on networking; information provision; training; community education; and advocacy. Participants found the one-day forum relevant and useful for their work. |
