Notes:	Suggests that working with men in the human services can either reinforce or oppose patriarchy, thus work with men should be one aspect of a broader strategy for changing unequal power relations between women and men. Argues that this profeminist strategy must acknowledge and grapple with the following political issues: social construction of gender; limits of sex role theory in understanding men; portrayal of men as a homogenous group; men doing feminism; engaging men in change; moving beyond agency – structure dualism; avoiding collusion with men.
