Notes:	Presents the methodology and results of a US study that examined the prevalence, three-year incidence and predictors of physical and verbal abuse among post-menopausal women. The results suggest similar patterns of abuse occur against older women as against younger women and that the former are exposed to a range of specific health risks as a consequence.
