Notes:  This systematic meta-analysis examined and compiled results from 26 studies which examined experiences of violence among adults with disabilities. Results address the prevalence of violence in the 12 months prior to the study for varying types of disabilities. The findings indicate that adults with disabilities are at greater risk for violence than those with no disability.
