Title: Rising to the case for change: Domestic violence Victoria facilitating coordinated responses to Victorian government sector reform agenda
Other Titles: Parity
Authors: Masters, Jacinta
Year: 2013
Citation: No 2 Vol.: 26
Notes:  In August 2012 Domestic Violence Victoria (DV Vic) held a facilitated conversation with its membership. The content of this dialogue revolved around anticipated future directions in the current Victorian political environment and how we can work within and make the most of the current policy context in order to improve service provision and outcomes for women and children experiencing violence, while still maintaining the specialisation of family violence responses and building on the strengths of the integrated family violence reforms. We provided an analysis of the state government’s reform objectives for the whole of the community sector and discussed what that might mean for family violence responses in the coming years.
