Notes:  The Ruah Safe at Home (SAH) program is one of six SAH programs in Western Australia (WA) funded under the National Partnership Agreement on Homelessness (NPAH). The program was established in 2010 and reflects the essential principles of WA's Best Practice Model for programs for victims of domestic violence, in that it is based on securing safety for victims of violence and placing responsibility with the perpetrators.
