Notes:	Reports on an AIDS Council of NSW (ACON) project to determine the number of cases of same-sex domestic violence seen by its counselling service in the period from June 2001 – July 2003. The service, which looks after members of the gay, lesbian and transgender community living with or at risk of HIV/AIDS in NSW, conducted an audit of its files which counted any reference to physical, emotional, sexual, social and/or financial abuse and harassment/stalking within a same-sex relationship as domestic violence. Statistics from the audit are presented and the figures are analysed in regard to gender reporting, presenting issue, type of abuse suffered, drug and alcohol involvement, and police intervention.
