Notes:  This article outlines the process of planning, running and evaluating ‘Stepping Up’, a peer-facilitated dating violence prevention program from Canada. The authors deconstruct the components of the two stage program and emphasise the importance and benefits of multi-stage evaluation. The successes of the program are then discussed in relation to students’ ethical and behavioural changes, followed by challenges faced in organising and implementing the program.
