Notes:	This report provides a brief summary of an evaluation of five specialist domestic violence courts and two domestic violence pilot projects which were developed in response to the UK 2004 Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act, and the 2005 UK National Report on Domestic Violence and National Delivery Plan. Based on these results, the report provides good practice recommendations for partnerships, community engagement, specialists domestic violence courts, domestic violence coordinators, prosecutions, training, support for victims and children, integration of equality and diversity issues, and performance management.
