The papers emphasise legal equity, accessibility and outcomes. In this second paper, the Aboriginal Family Violence Prevention & Legal Services Victoria drew on their service experience, existing community and government initiatives, consultations with victims/survivors, and advisory committee feedback to outline recommendations for improving legal service provision for ATSI women.
