It provides several examples of case studies and advice as to how to offer support and help. The booklet concludes with list of resources and websites to offer as referrals. The booklet lists the sort of things that are helpful, such as listening and supporting and also lists things that are not helpful, such as giving advice and confronting the abusive person.
