Notes:  This booklet tells the story of the Courts of Women. The Courts attempt to define a new space for women and to define a new politics they are public hearings. The voices of the victims/survivors are listened to, women bring their personal testimonies of violence to the court, seeking redress, even reparation. The first Court was held in Lahore, Pakistan in December 1992.
This booklet lists the objectives of the Courts of Women, and Courts of Women held so far, as well as those in preparation for future dates.
