Notes:	General Overview: This West Australian training manual was developed in order to assist workers in the domestic violence and disability sectors to meet the needs of people with disabilities who experience domestic violence. It was produced for the WA Department for Communities. * responding to domestic violence, and Each topic is covered using a mix of lecture, group activities and group discussion. The training is intended to be delivered by facilitators with expertise either in the domestic violence or the disability sector. A 78 page information booklet is included. The manual states that following completion of the training, disability support workers should be able to identify indicators of domestic violence, take appropriate action and refer victims to services.
