Discussion: The manual provides information regarding services in Coffs Harbour, Nambucca Valley, Kempsey, Port Macquarie, Taree and Forster. Services covered include accommodation, aged care and disability, children and parenting, counselling and support groups, emergency, financial, health, legal, transport, welfare and services specific to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, youth and culturally and linguistically diverse people.

The manual also includes definitions of domestic violence, a discussion of the effects of domestic violence, and a discussion of issues specific to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, culturally and linguistically diverse people, disabled people, older people and gay and lesbian people. It includes an evaluation feedback form.
