Notes: | The Homeless Persons’ Legal Clinic (HPLC) is a project of the Public Interest Law Clearing House (PILCH) in Victoria. The HPLC produced a report in 2007 summarising their research project which assessed the legal needs of women at risk of homelessness escaping family violence. It found that women’s legal needs fell into 2 categories: crisis legal needs and post-crisis legal needs. |
